SOC 405 - Sociology of Work The course examines the concept of work and how it is defined and understood in contemporary society. It investigates the changing nature of work, labour issues, changing management styles, and gender and the work place. Prerequisites Prerequisites: Junior or senior standing, 6 hrs. of social science or the permission of the instructor. When Offered Offered occasionally. (3 cr.)
