POLS 411 - Contemporary Foreign Policies Investigates the processes involved in foreign policy decision-making. Focus will be on understanding the contexts, constraints and influences which foreign policy decision-makers have to deal with, combined with specialized knowledge of the post-1945 foreign policies of major and emerging states in the international system. Prerequisites RHET
