POLS 323 - Comparative Government and Politics: Developing Systems The government and politics of selected countries in the developing world (Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America). Subjects covered may include the structural and functional characteristics of executive, legislative, and judicial institutions; bureaucracy, political parties, mass movements, political culture, the role of public opinion, foreign policy.
