OPMG 521 - Supply Chain and Logistics The objective of the course is to explore the key capabilities that a supply chain must develop to support the business strategy of a firm and the relationship between the desired capabilities and the structure of a supply chain. The course defines supply chain structure in terms of the following drivers of performance: facilities, information, inventory and transportation. The relationship between structure and performance is analyzed using case studies and analytical models. The course will also discuss methodologies for designing and planning a supply chain Prerequisites Prerequisite: OPMG 520. When Offered Offered occasionally. (3 cr.)
