EDUC 563 - Comparative Approaches to Curriculum & Instruction This course introduces MA students enrolled in the Educational leadership concentration to the process of planning, development, and evaluation of curriculum and instruction. It focuses on theoretical assumptions that support existing curriculum models and instructional leadership styles in different countries. This course provides students with opportunities to investigate, analyze, and derive a basic framework that is relevant to their particular context. The focus will be on comprehensive curriculum planning, development and evaluation, and supervision of instruction.
Prerequisites EDUC 511 and EDUC 521. (3 cr.)
