AENG 334 - Behavioral Sciences for Architects Introduction to architectural design related environment-behavior issues. Architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation. Human aspects in design: perception, behavioral uses of spaces, users needs, ergonomics, proximics. Design for the disabled. Effects of cultural processes on architecture and urban design. Role of architect as leader and enabler in society. Use of environment-behavior research methods in architecture and urban design. Prerequisites Concurrent with AENG 321. (3 cr.)
