Prerequisites and
(Prerequisites can be waived by special permission of the Law department).
Description Consideration of the historical development of the recognition of economic, social and cultural rights together with present convenants and other instruments operating at the international level. Specific rights such as the right to work, trade union rights, right to social security, right to adequate standards of living, health and education are considered as well as their philosophical underpinnings and social modalities.
