DSGN 2115 - History of Graphic Design (3 cr.)
Prerequisites
Description This course introduces students to the conceptual and critical aspects of graphic design through the discourse of history and theory of visual communication. It addresses how international graphic design went hand in hand with social, political and technological developments around it. It is a chronological survey of graphic design through slide lectures and research.
