Process of Risk Management: Risk Identification, Risk Analysis (Qualitative and Quantitative), Risk Response Planning, Risk Monitoring and Control, Tools and Techniques: Decision Tree, modeling, optimization, linear programming, network optimization, and inventory models. Monte Carlo Simulation and Application. Accounting for Project Risks. Introduction to Risk Analysis packages (Crystal Ball, PERT Master). Analyzing the Bidding Behavior of Key Competitors and Estimating Optimum Markup.
