Description This course emphasizes the means by which distribution relationships can be effectively managed. This includes manufacturers, wholesales, retailers, and other intermediaries. Particular attention is given to examining the behavioral dimensions of channel relations, the roles of channel members, their use of power, and the conflicts that may arise among them. Case studies are commonly used for illustrative and analytical purposes.
