MOIS 508/5201 - Information Systems in Organizations: Management in the Information Age (3 cr.)
Description The course examines design principles, information process modeling and analysis methodologies, as well as a range of underlying information technologies (e.g., transaction processing, data mining, data warehousing, knowledge management, and web server design) that will help the modern organization or community maximize its strategic objectives and business operations management. The course also demonstrates anecdotal success and failure cases as lessons for future IS projects
