CENG 442 - Construction Project Specifications, Bids, and Contracts

Participants in a construction contract. Contract definition. Types of contracts; formation principles of a contract, performance or breach of contract obligations. Analysis and comparison of the different kinds of construction contracts. Bidding logistics. Legal organizational structures. Different types and uses of specifications. International and local  forms of contracts utilized in construction.
Prerequisites
Prerequisite: CENG 441.
