Program Overview
Global markets are becoming more complex, challenging and competitive due to the pace of innovation and the economic and regulatory changes. Such challenges have made it imperative for human capital executives and managers to effectively manage their limited resources, the diversified composition of their workforce, and the constant change of customer demands, while staying aligned with their organizations’ strategic directions.
The Advanced HR Diploma: People and Organizations is designed to equip executives with essential leadership knowledge and skills needed to engage, motivate and manage their talents effectively to reach their strategic objectives. Furthermore, it will enable People Leaders to act as effective strategic partners and play a vital role in assessing and managing the organizational culture. They will be able to take informed decisions that are balanced and consistent with national and international governing rules and regulations.
The program consists of eight core courses and three online business acumen courses. Participants are expected to complete all 11 courses in one academic year.

Core Courses
Participants are required to complete the below eight core courses in sequential order.
Business Acumen Online Courses
Participants are required to choose three Business Acumen course from the list of courses below to earn the diploma. Each course is 20-hour long and is self-paced online.
The Business Acumen courses explore critical 21st-century skills needed for today’s business world, enabling passion and speed in dealing with different business situations.
