Program Overview

The School of Business offers the Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Quality Excellence for participants who aim to develop and enhance their knowledge and experience in healthcare quality management. This program considers the current challenges and provides aspiring healthcare professionals with innovative techniques and approaches to creatively refine the provision of healthcare services.

The diploma consists of eight core courses and three online business acumen courses, in addition to eight field visits to hospitals. Participants are required to complete all courses in one academic year.

Core Courses

Core courses consist of four courses in hospital management and another four courses in hospital quality excellence. Participants are required to take all eight courses in sequential order.

Business Acumen Online Courses

Participants are required to choose three Business Acumen course from the list of courses below to earn the diploma. Each course is 20-hour long and is self-paced online.

The Business Acumen courses explore critical 21st-century skills needed for today’s business world, enabling passion and speed in dealing with different business situations.
