Program Overview

The School of Business offers the Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management and Operational Excellence for participants who aim to sharpen their knowledge and skills in hospital management and establish a culture of excellence in their healthcare organizations. 

This diploma consists of 10 core courses, three online business acumen courses, and eight field visits to hospitals. Participants are required to complete all courses in one academic year.

Core Courses

Core courses consist of six courses in hospital management and four courses in operational excellence. Participants are required to complete all ten core courses in sequential order.

Business Acumen Online Courses

Participants are required to choose three Business Acumen course from the list of courses below to earn the diploma. Each course is 20-hour long and is self-paced online.

The Business Acumen courses explore critical 21st-century skills needed for today’s business world, enabling passion and speed in dealing with different business situations.
