Description This course introduces students to the social entrepreneurship phenomenon which combines the passion of a social mission with an image of business-like discipline, innovation, and sustainability. The course discusses how social entrepreneurial practices blur the traditional lines between nonprofit enterprise, government and private sector contributes to the generation of a unique set of opportunities and challenges that characterize this new landscape of entrepreneurship.
