FILM 000/2123 - Introduction to Film Production II (3 cr.)
Prerequisites
FILM 2121
Description
This course follows FILM 2121 and prepares students to declare the film major. Students will build on their knowledge of production techniques with the goal of creating original short films. Introductions to the basics of cinematography, lighting, and sound recording will build on students’ experience in Introduction to Film Production. In addition to working independently on small productions as in FILM 2121 , students will work collaboratively as a crew toward a director’s vision as their final project in the course.
