Description How firms can gain competitive advantage from the operation function. This course introduces the basic concepts, tools and principles that are essential for the analysis and improvement of business processes. Topics may include forecasting, product and service design, capacity planning, quality management, materials management and project management.
When Offered Offered in fall and spring. Notes Enrollment in is limited, and priority is given to students seeking the Bachelor of Business Administration degree or the Bachelor of Accounting degree, students enrolling in specified as collateral requirements in other majors, and students who have declared business administration as a minor.
