LAW 501/5201 - Jurisprudence (3 cr.)
Prerequisites
Description The course will look at the major contemporary debates in legal theory. It introduces students to different schools of legal theory including Sociological Jurisprudence, Legal Realism, Legal Process, Critical Legal Studies, Liberal Legalism, Critical Race Theory, Feminist Legal Theory and Law and Economics. The course aims at introducing students to different and innovative legal methodologies.
