EDUC 511/5201 - Foundations of Educational Research (3 cr.)
Description The fundamental aim of this course is to assist MA candidates to develop the knowledge and skills essential to the identification and critical evaluation of educational research relevant to their professional interests and contexts. In the process, learners will become familiar with key issues in qualitative and quantitative research in the field of international and comparative education, and be able to distinguish between good and poor research.
Notes This pre-requisite course must be taken in the first or second semester of study.
