PSYC 208/2100 - Research Methods for Psychology (3 cr. + 1 cr. lab)
Prerequisites and
Description Review of qualitative and quantitative research methods that form the empirical basis of contemporary psychology. Progresses from the logic of scientific discovery and comprehension of research literature to the formulation, design, conduct, analysis, and reporting of specific research projects. The laboratory will provide applied exercises to facilitate an understanding of the research methods and mentorship in the comprehensive development and implementation of student research project required for this class.
