Description This course explores the application of key concepts relating to economic development and policy analysis to contemporary problems facing countries in the Middle East and North Africa. The course focus is upon thematic policy issues such as growth and structural change; macroeconomic adjustment, industrial development, food and agriculture policy, and trade and financial sector reform.
