EDUC 565 - International Education and Development Education systems throughout the world face a number of challenges, among the most important being access, equity and quality. Using a comparative approach, this course will help MA students enrolled in the International Education Policy & Planning concentration develop their awareness and knowledge of issues and solutions related to these challenges, by examining problems faced by educational systems in several countries, particularly those in low resource contexts, and solutions proposed and/or implemented by those systems.
Prerequisites EDUC 511 and EDUC 521. (3 cr.)
