MOIS 432/3601 - Information & Decision Support Systems (3 cr.)
Prerequisites
Description The course is targeted to senior MOIS students who want more expertise in developing, managing and using Decision Support Systems and applications. This course will examine the design, development and implementation of information technology based systems that support managerial and professional work, including Communications-Driven and Group Decision Support Systems (GDSS), Data-Driven DSS, Model-Driven DSS and Knowledge-Driven DSS.
When Offered Offered in fall & spring. Notes Enrollment in is limited, and priority is given to students seeking the Bachelor of Business Administration degree or the Bachelor of Accounting degree, students enrolling in specified as collateral requirements in other majors, and students who have declared business administration as a minor.
