PSYC 420 - Industrial/Organizational Psychology This course provides students with the understanding of the scientific basis and professional practice of industrial/organizational psychology. Topics include personnel selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, organizational development, quality of work life, and ergonomics. Prerequisites Prerequisites: PSYC 301 and 327. Students should have taken or be currently taking PSYC 342. When Offered Offered occasionally. (3 cr.)
