INDE 079 - Lean Six Sigma Green belt

Description/Outline The primary objectives of this course are to understand the concept of lean six sigma, the analytic model-based approach for continous improvement and operational problem soving; reinforce the importance of using DMAIC methodolgy in improvement projects; provide techiquiques for measuring and managing operation excellence; and use a protofolio of solutoons for real-world process challenges.
