PMP 1001 - Project Management Professional Certification

Description/Outline In this course, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals, with a focus on the PMBOK® Guide's ten key project management PMP certification ensures that a professional has the skills and knowledge required to successfully manage projects. PMP-certified professionals are recognized internationally for their project management skills, and certification is often listed as a requirement for candidates looking for management positions. PMP is one of the most internationally recognized certifications for project managers. We offer this preparation course for the PMP certification exam. This course also provides professional development units for participants who are PMI or AACEI certified.

In order to get certified, participants must complete education and experience requirements, and pass the certification exam. Certification is administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a U.S-based organization.
