Description/Outline The primary objectives of this course are to introduce the concept of supply chain, the analytic model-based approach for analyzing logistical problems; reinforce the importance of using total supply chain costs; provide techniques for measuring and managing supply chain uncertainty; and use a portfolio of solutions for real-world logistics problems.
