FMPD 030 - Place and People in FM


Description/Outline This course provides an understanding of the FM maintenance influencing various aspects of an organization operation and its various developmental phases. It is designed to expose participants to the most relevant FM operational challenges and the relationships between the key stakeholders in any organization and the FM team.
The second part of the course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Facility Management Services Transition, with a focus on four key areas: Change Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Wellbeing in the Workplace (specialist), and Influencing Behavior and Psychology of People.
Participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to successfully manage and navigate the challenges associated with transitioning facility management services. The course aims to equip learners with the necessary tools to ensure a smooth transition while prioritizing the safety, well-being, and productivity of employees.
