FILM 330 - Film Theory and Criticism A historical study of the major theoretical approaches to motion picture art, including early analysis of film aesthetics, structure, and form, as well as modernist political critiques of cinema. Films will be screened in class to facilitate understanding of the readings. Prerequisites Prerequisite: FILM 220 or consent of instructor. Cross-listed Same as ECLT 330.
